We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all individual subscription plans for technical issues or service malfunctions. Refunds are provided when the service does not work as intended or advertised.

Note: Agency accounts have different refund terms. Please refer to the Agency Terms of Service for agency-specific refund policies.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase
  • The request is based on a valid technical issue or service malfunction
  • You provide detailed description of the technical problem encountered
  • The request includes your order details (transaction ID, cryptocurrency wallet address used)
  • Your account has not been terminated due to Terms of Service violations

Valid Reasons for Refunds

Refunds will be considered for the following situations:

  • Extension does not function as advertised
  • Technical issues that prevent the extension from working properly
  • Service outages or major functionality failures
  • Inability to activate or use the service despite correct setup

Refunds Will NOT Be Provided For

The following situations do not qualify for refunds:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Lack of understanding of the service features before purchase
  • User error or incorrect configuration
  • Incompatibility with user's specific setup (if system requirements were met)
  • Third-party service issues (Dream-Singles.com policy changes, account suspensions, etc.)
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period

Processing of Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. All refunds are processed in cryptocurrency to the same wallet address used for the original payment.

Payment Method: All payments and refunds are processed exclusively through cryptocurrency. We do not accept or process PayPal payments.

Please note that blockchain transaction times may vary depending on network congestion. You should receive your refund within 24 hours after processing, but it may take longer during periods of high network activity.

Exceptions

While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, there are some situations where refunds may not be provided:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period
  • Cases of account misuse or violation of our Terms of Service
  • Agency accounts (subject to separate refund terms outlined in Agency Terms of Service)
  • Accounts terminated for fraudulent activity or abuse
  • Partial refunds for unused subscription time after the 7-day period

Subscription Information

All subscriptions are one-time purchases for the specified duration and do not auto-renew. You will need to manually purchase a new subscription before your current one expires if you wish to continue using the service.

Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, there is no need to cancel recurring payments. Simply allow your subscription to expire if you do not wish to continue.
